Cam Stephens purchased Pacific Golf Agency in 2016. Through aggressive acquisitions and growth, PGA has become the premier golf concierge service – booking tee times, travel packages, and tournaments. He serves as the CEO of PGA’s three golf brands – San Diego Golf Reservations, Palm Springs Golf Reservations, and Showtime Golf. Since 1992, SDGR has booked tee times and tournaments at Torrey Pines and 25 premier San Diego golf courses, including private clubs. Stephens founded PSGR in 2021, which coordinates tee times and golf packages in the Palm Springs, CA market. Showtime Golf was acquired in 2020 and is the national brand that coordinates larger groups and corporate outings throughout North America. In 2022, PGA sold two golf companies, ClickitGolf and More Golf Today.

Prior to Pacific Golf Agency, Stephens spent close to 20 years working for American Golf, one of the leading golf management companies which operated more than 300 golf courses. He held many different positions in the company, including Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Revenue Management. Prior to working for American Golf, Stephens worked in the UC Santa Barbara Athletics Department, coached college baseball at Westmont College and Santa Barbara City College. In addition, Stephens worked for Major League Baseball and the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta.

Stephens received his bachelor’s degree in business from UC Santa Barbara and a master’s degree in sports management from the U.S. Sports Academy in Alabama. He grew up in a small town in Eastern Oregon. He now lives in Poway, CA with his wife and four children.

Joe Mendoza is the Director of Sales for San Diego Golf Reservations, Palm Springs Golf Reservations, and Showtime Golf. He’s excelled in this role since joining Pacific Golf Agency in 2016. With a rich background in the golf industry, Joe leverages extensive experience gained from key positions at Callaway Golf, Maderas Golf Course, and Torrey Pines Golf Course, where he honed his skills and deepened his passion for the sport.

A proud native of San Diego and an alum of Mt. Carmel High School, Joe’s career trajectory has been marked by a dedication to delivering exceptional service and fostering strong relationships within the golf community. His expertise and leadership have been instrumental in driving growth and success across multiple golf reservation platforms. He specializes in booking group business and working closely with high-profile clients.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Joe embraces the Southern California lifestyle, residing in San Diego with his wife and their cherished dogs. His commitment to golf extends beyond the office, as he enjoys exploring new courses and sharing his enthusiasm for the game with fellow enthusiasts.

Steve Esteves brings over two decades of experience in the golf industry to his role as Operations Supervisor. A proud native of San Diego, Steve’s journey in golf began early, shaped by his deep roots in the local community and a passion for the game that has only grown stronger over the years. Throughout his career, Steve has held pivotal roles at more than 8 prestigious local golf courses, where he has earned a reputation for his exceptional management skills and dedication to providing unparalleled golfer experiences.

Steve’s career path has been marked by a commitment to excellence and a genuine desire to fulfill golfers’ dreams. He does this through meticulous course management, innovative event planning, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for all enthusiasts of the sport.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Steve is an avid participant in local golf tournaments and community events, where his enthusiasm for the game continues to resonate. Steve resides in San Diego with his wife and two children. He finds joy in sharing his love for golf and the outdoors with his loved ones, balancing this passion with his dedication to both personal and professional pursuits.
